Preparing my wedding day is a challenge, I'm so happy because my husband-will-be trust me to arrange it.

Engagement Day's Preparation

H-14 to the Engagement Day

Every woman has no idea to describe her feeling about how happy she is to welcome the day when a man ask her to marry him.

So do I,

As a Bridezilla,

I can’t get any words to explain how wonderful feeling is

I know it will be different after the day

And will be more different after the wedding day

But all of the wishes, I have one wish

Every change will be better and happier

Counting the days…

I’ll share the preparation!

Moments in 2013, December 29^th  :

ENGAGEMENT DAY

A formal agreement  to get married. Two persons commit to be married, keep the faith each other and in this day will be a moment to introduce each family member, because in a wedding, not only the two persons relationship but also the family’s relationship.

1. Seserahan / Gift

Seserahan is my favorite things! All bridezilla will definitely agree on this ... including me! Why? Because all of the things woman ask for it will be lawful in the eyes of prospective husband and his family ... it will almost granted to be given without any rejection!

Meaning of seserahan is a symbol that the man could be responsible and able to meet the future needs of his wife. Thus, in addition to the contents of seserahan is basic needs, or food items are also inserted into the symbol of the seriousness of the groom to love and cherish his bride. Seserahan usually made ​​for an odd number, can be 3, 5, 7, 9. Then the bride-to-be also give the seserahan to reply it for the groom-to-be include the needs of him.

2. Ceremonial Schedule

The ceremonial will be tightly running by the time, so we must concerned about the run down of the agenda to make it good arranged

Ceremonial Schedule :

1 . Families of bride-to-be welcoming the groom-to-be's family

2 . The opening ceremony by the MC and praying together

3 . Groom-to-be's family express the purpose of their coming ( represented by delegates from the groom-to-be )

4 . Families of bride-to-be welcome reception and the arrival of the groom-to-be family provides the answer to the proposal

5 . Symbolic handover by the groom-to-be's mother to mother of bride-to-be . 

After that , also submitted replies to the groom-to-be

6 . The ring exchange ( If the event will be held mounting ring then groom-to-be will paired by the

 bride-to-be's mother and vice versa )

7 . Introduction of the whole family member 

8 . Furthermore , the MC will announce a little grating about weddings : the date and the location where and expect the blessing of all who attend .

9 . Prayer is the closing event of application to the end that all went well until the day of the wedding takes place .

10 . Closing by MC  and lunch

3. Tent and Decoration

Tent is a part of decoration to cover the front part of house, so that can accommodate the guest. About the decoration is just concern about the lay out of the chairs, table and catering tools, manage the space well.

4. Catering

Yummy catering for closing the day, spoiling the family member and the guest to have a nice lunch!

5. Dresscode

The outfit will be more great when it be matched for the bride-to-be and groom-to-be, then Kebaya and Batik are the best choice to show that this moment is a special moment.

Our Love Journey -Month to Month-

The review of the journey :

Once upon a time,

The meeting of me and my groom-to-be is because of the friendship of my aunt and her best friend that introduce me to my groom-to-be. I had no idea to have any relationship at that time, I was too tired to be on the scent of new man and start new relationship. But I thought that it will no mistake to know knew one. 

Wednesday, April 17th 2013.

That was the first time I heard his voice on the phone after the previous times we were just kept in touch by short message and email.

He picked me from my office, That was rainy hard....

But nothing could interfere our meeting that night.

Took place in Tamani Cafe, Melawai.

Our conversation brought us to be here now...

Saturday, April 27th 2013.

Surprisingly, he asked me to meet his best friends.

What a really nice day with nice people there.

I was so happy, because his friends were so friendly and welcomed me so well.

We enjoyed the air and water of Puncak, Bogor.

So much fun there, visited the waterfall...saw the butterflies garden.

But there was something in that day, An unforgetable moment for me and (I wish) for him.

That was the special afternoon, the first time of my life there was a man purpose me to be married.

He asked my parent's permission to have closer and serious relationship with me for the marriage.

My parent was open the line for us to do.

I was took by him to meet his parent and whole family in his home.

We were involved in a warm conversation.

I was also happy to know them, what a warm family and I wish I can be a part of the family.

All of the items that we will need for the big event we've been wished

Like I said as the title in the previous article :

It will be more serious time to prepare, because the time is running.

No second will wait for us.

The preparation must be more well-done.

We committed to engage our relationship, to have step closer...

Hello December...

As the end of the year of 2013, you mean so much to me as a month.
I will start my new journey, I mean pre-journey of my life.
Since now,
December...

I have to learn how to walk my life with someone else's mind
I have to accept the one whom I chosen to be my husband-will-be who's starting his role as a part of my life
to be a team...until he really as my husband and..keep it forever.

I aware, as a TEAM,

There will be no 'I' or 'You'
Because as a team,
There will be just 'We' or 'Us'

I know, it will be not an easy thing
But I wish, we could make life as simple as we can do together.
I don't have any idea before about receive another idealism as mine too
But , we always have to trust each other to face the future in the middle of differences that we have.

Don't walk in front of me, because I can't see what you see 

Don't walk behind me, because I can't walk without your direction

But, just walk beside me... then,

Senja ini tak sama dengan senja-senja sebelumnya,

Pesan Untuk Sang Calon Juara #merahhati

Saat kita berangan – angan untuk meraih suatu hal dan menjalani prosesnya dengan berbagai  ujian adalah bukti bahwa Allah selalu mempercayai kita untuk selalu kuat menghadapinya...

Karena apa yang terjadi  pasti Allah titipkan hikmah di balik segala ujian tersebut dan ujian yang diberi tidak akan melebihi batas kemampuan kita.

Di saat ini adalah masa – masa di mana kita sadar bahwa kita hidup di dunia nyata, bukan dunia dongeng…

Hidup yang tidak selalu sesuai dengan harapan… tidak selalu mulus berjalan…

Kerikil hingga batu,

pilihannya adalah untuk kita injak dengan rasa sakit atau kita lindungi kaki kita dengan alas kaki…

Atau hujan hingga badai,

pilihannya adalah kita terjang dengan kedinginan atau kita lindungi diri kita dengan jaket dan payung…

Atribut pelindung sudah Allah ciptakan dengan berbagai macam, setiap orang pun punya cara masing – masing untuk melindungi diri sehingga pada saat berjalan ke depan, semua hambatan dapat terlewati dengan lancar.

Maka pada posisinya nanti apabila impian itu telah tercapai,di sana lah saatnya kita harus selalu ingat untuk lebih tegar lagi dalam mempertahankan dan memelihara kebaikannya.

Karena jalanya kita akan selalu ingat bahwa jalan yang telah kita lewati ini tidak mudah..

Saat itulah, saat dimana kita telah jadi juaranya dan kita akan selalu ingat beratnya perjuangan kita untuk mencapainya…
